Spinning tires & dyno results? 850 1995

Ok, this is going to sound like a bonehead question but I'm curious. Should my '95 855t (w/o tracs) be able to spin the fronts from a dead stop? Not that I want to run around smoking tires from stoplights but I just tried full throttle from a stop (clear road) and it didn't. I know the ECU limits torque in low gear also. BTW, I'm running Bridgestone RE730s @ 32psi.

Really, I'm just wondering if the engine's down on power. I could go to the local dyno shop. Anyone out there tried this? What would be considered ballpark figures for a stock '95 turbo?
