How much would you pay?(canadian) 850 1994

This one's for my wife. I'd rather not have the extra expense and hassle of a turbo when she doesn't really care about the extra power. Now if it were my OWN car, then..... ;)

P.S. only $9000US? I've searched a few US sites(like Autotrader) and these cars seem to be going for anywhere from $10000-$14000. And they're all more miles than this one.
