CD Changer Locations 850 1994

I have the Alpine CD Changer mounted in the trunk. The wiring was already present in the trunk, I purchased the adapter and an Alpine CD Changer, but I would like to put the changer up in the glove box...

Is there any wiring "hiding" near the glove box? I can reroute the cable, but that would be time-consuming...

Any ideas?

Is there a short run of cable, that I could use and just unplug the old cable from the radio?
