Wipers and RainX 850 1997

I don't know if it will help with chattering but what I do is actually clean the wipers with alcohol. I usually give it a quick clean after a wash. It definitely helps with longevity though. I have 100K miles on my car on with the original wipers still on! No streaks. But like I believe what Sin said, you really have to buff it out.
