Oil smoke in the interior 850 1994

With 180K on our 850 turbo wagon, we have a very small oil leak on the back side of the engine. Every so often a drip gets on the turbo or exhaust and at a stop it will come into the interior through the fresh (not so fresh)air vent. We always use the recurlate now on the system unless we are on the open road. My mechanic said I needed to have the head pulled to fix the leak and recomened a valve job when the head was off. It is such a small oil leak but just one drip makes a lot of smoke. I wish I could just put a diaper on it but don't see how that would be possible. I use Mobil 1 and really don't think it's wise to put in the oil stop leak products in the turbo engine..Any help/advice would me greatly appreciated.....
