Hello All...

I was doing my leather cleaning and conditioning this afternoon and decided to do the rear arm rest as I hadn't before. It only opens about 4 inches and stops. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the thing to open properly! I noticed in the owners manual there is a warning this may happen but no instructions on how to fix it. Anyone know how to fix it?
