Door pops 850

Well, if you've already tried tightening the torx screws and lubrication, I'm sorry to tell you, but you are probably looking at a door strap who's weld to the body is broken. The strap is bolted to the door, but welded to the body, and is actually a rather frequent problem with the 850. You'll need to take it to a body shop to have the door strap welded back onto the body.
