Intermittent Starting Problem 850 1995

I have a irregular starting problem with my 850. It always starts up on the first try, but if I take a short 10 minute drive and try to start it again I turn the key and get nothing, no noise or crank. I have power though, and if I wait 5 or 10 minutes it will then start and run fine. It does not do this when I drive long distances without stopping and it only seems to have this problem when it rained the day before or it's very damp out. I've taken it to Volvo and had them hook it up on the computer and there are no problems coming up. I have recently replaced the distributor cap & wiring and the battery is a year old. The dealership also checked the fuel pump & relay - which I know has been a problem on many 850's. I'm getting desparate and thinking about selling car because of this. Thanks!
