Air Bag dash light S70 1998

Sounds more like a dealership trying to make money as opposed to design problems. First of all, most ABS problems on the _70 and 850 are a result of dirty or loose connections, usually right at certain sources, and it isn't unheard of for dealerships to make a couple hundred dollars on replacing a unit, which they do, but unecessarily.

Your door sensor failure is definetly a rare occurence. This is the first I have ever heard of such a problem on the S70.

As for head light bulbs, have you gotten the TSB done yet? You were supposed to get wiring with slightly higher resistance installed to solve this problem.
