Wawanesa will look at 18 month US driving record. If you have less then that, they will not provide coverage. If you have 18 month, then they should provide coverage.

The first time I applied, they turned me down because my wife had less then 18 month of US driving experience. (One car) After she had her licence for 18 month, I reapplied and they covered me.

They will not provide quote over the phone. What they do is take your information and then send you a "menu". It has lists everything that they offer and the associated cost. You pick and choose what you want and am willing to pay.
