Exhaust tip rusting/corroding 850 1995

I love your turbo tip (rectangular), but I couldn't get that anymore because Volvo stops producing it. Therefore, I bought the IPD stainless steel tip. It look very nice and heavy. My friend's S70 tip was installed by dealer for $20.70 labor cost. His dealer did that to him during a maintanence service. He didn't ask for it.

It looks so easy to remove the old tip by undoing the screw. However, the screw is already badly rusted. I had tried so hard to unscrew it, but no luck. I will cut it with dremel tool in the summer and put on the IPD tip.
