Relocating the horns in some peoples mind increases the air flow to the intercooler and radiator, hopefully making cooling more efficient. Personally I don't buy the fact that any appreciable or noticeable differences are to be had. It's like putting a K&N air filter in your car and thinking you are going to get more HP....not! BTW, I have a K&N filter, but for other reasons.
