Volvo 440 - Engine plucks at certain speeds 400 1995

posted by  someone claiming to be former owner of an 440 on  Thu Apr 25 23:59 CST 2002 [RELATED]

i had that problem too, gave it to the dealer and he found out that the gaspipe going back to the tank got a crick because it was made of rubber or plastic and below the backseat. they replaced it at their own cost cause its a known problem at volvo. i had no problems anymore with the car until i sold it in January this year.
