Wiper Fluid Leak 850

All:
Have '96 850 Turbo that leaks windshield wiper fluid. I pour it in, fill it up, but it takes a while to leak out. When looked at from underneath, (near front passenger tire)the white plastic resivoir(sp?) isn't leaking, but the drip comes from the black plastic moulding to the left of the resivoir.

So: Any ideas how troubleshoot, patch or remopve/replace the wiper fluid container?

BTW: This site is great. I fixed my heated seat (broken thermostat wire)and learned how to recharge my A/C from posts here.
