Thinking of buying a S70 S70

My wife and I bought an 850 GLT a couple of years back for her. Now I am thinking of purchasing a 1998 S70 with 52000 on her. What things should I be checking for other than full maintenance records?
Monitoring the 850 forum, the timing belt is always mentioned to be replaced around 70K. Same hold true for the S70's?
