my a/c blows steam and my suspension makes noises, help plz! S70 1998

hey everyone. its been a while since i last posted. anyway, i live in sunny, hot, and humid florida where every morning on the way to school a scentless mist comes out of my two passenger side vents. i usually have both sides of the car set to 76 or 72. the only time the mist stops coming out is if i put the vents on full blast or i shut the a/c to the off position so that warm and humid air comes through. what is the problem? should i be worried? i had the a/c system checked a few months ago, they put tracer dye in (supposedly)and its been checked a few times for leaks, the volvo dealer says im good to go - so whats the deal? they said that the condensation coming out is normal but i find it very hard to believe. i have my outside airmixture set to full outside..

second problem.

when i go over bumps i hear a cling/clang noise as if something is loose in the front right strut area. has anyone had this problem? what is the solution? the car has been handling a bit strangely and it has 52,000 miles on it. anyone can help please do.

also if you live in the tampa bay area and have a black s70 T-5 with a black grill with a chrome insert, and you have blacked out your rear badging, please e-mail me at JLT@tampabay.rr.com

plz help me!
