Wiper Fluid Leak 850

Good news, bad news. Tried the filler neck, came out easily, put back in. Filled with more wiper fluid and no leak.(That was the good news). Bad news: Went to test the system and can hear the pump whirring, the windshield wipers move and the wipers over the lights move, but nothing comes out.

Then I looked under the car and see fluid leaks in 3 places--one on each side, probably where the headlight nozzles are, and 1 other leak. I think fluid is in the resivoir, but is not getting out/squirting. Looks like a little moisture gets to the hood nozzles, but not out.

Right near the filler neck is a thing with a "T" connection to 2 black hoses, I took out, and it is clean--air goes thorugh it.

Any other ideas?
