S80 75th Anniversary Edition price S80

I am in Germany (U.S. Military and get to take advantage of special purchase programs) I am considering purchasing an S80 75th Anniversary edition (2002). It is essentially the S80 Executive T-6 with some anniversary badging minus the frig. It's priced at $39,950. Good price?? What's a new Executive go for in the States?
