Can't reset the Service Light 850 1994

Fellow Volvo owners,

I am having a problem turning off the Service light on my dashboard. I have reset it at least 5 times before, but now I can not get it to go away. With the instructions from Volvo Speed/Bay 13, I have tried at least 20 times. But nothing.

Is there something majorly wrong with my car? Is it trying to tell me that something is broken? The light goes out after about 10 minutes of driving, but I want to turn it off for good.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
