Which tires?

Yeah, tirerack.com is a very good resource. What I did was to eliminate all tires that were winter or asymetric, then compare all the rest with the compare tool.

from there I looked at other parameters such as warrantees and ratings. Makes it a lot easier to narrow down the choices.

FWIW, I ended up with the Mich XGT H4. In my opinion, it looked like the best all around, symetric, H rated tire.

I wanted symetric since they are going on a XC. makes rotating a lot easier.
