i have had that too but i used the volvo silicone white grease this last time and no problems atleast so far, i really globed it on. I tried all the different materials they had in the IPD catalog and nothing worked, alwasys came back within a few weeks. good luck, if your wife is like mine, you'll be "hearing" about it till the cows come home or until its fixed! Ken
