Oil Consumption-- cam seals, breather box 850 1996

Took my 850 turbo into the dealer for oil consumption.
Claims the cam seals,(both cams ?), need to be changed
and the breather box is also clogged. To replace seals
and breather box they want $550.each.
Seem like like an awful lot,any advice?
