Disappointing results in the 1/4 mile! V70-XC70

I took the 98 V-70 XC to the track last night and had poor results. My car has the IPD ECU upgrade and the 2000 V-70 R exhaust. Factory stock this car should run 15.90 @ 88 MPH. I ran 15.40 @ 89 MPH, 100 ft above sea level, 52 deg. F. I would love to hear anyone elses feedback on how their car has performed with the ECU upgrade. I guess that the time was OK (not the 1+ second reduction IPD was claiming), but the MPH not going up as a result of the additional HP has me stumped. I am also figuring the car weighs in at 3800 #'s with me behind the wheel.
