Will Bilsteins lower my car at all? C70

I will be replacing my shocks and struts very soon and am leaning toward the Bilsteins. Will these raise or lower the car from stock? If I use lowering springs (IPD or H&R) with the Bilsteins, will that cause a harsh ride?
