air conditioner S80 2002

Well, last week I hear a noise and then start hearing the air compressor turning on and off in my new 2002 S80 (only 3500 miles on it). Took it to the dealer and they apparently found that the refrigirant was off by some little amount and they added some and checked the system for leaks. Found no leaks, So I drive the car home and I can hear the the noise again as I'm driving home.

Any thoughts? experience?
