Hi all,

I have another question.
This car I'm about to buy spent its life in Texas,
and I noticed it doesn't have
- headlamp wipers
- seat heaters
- traction control

I thought these were standard on '97 GLT?
I was told that since it's hot in TX, a lot of volvos
don't have the winter package, which include the above items.
Is that true?
