Engine noise rattling 850 1996

Sound to me like you did not put the heat shield back on right and the studs on the turbo are hitting it. Take it off and if you see scratches then that is what it is. You might as well retorque the Dp while you have the shield off, or give the wastegate 5 more turns ;)
