manual 850 t5,r's?? 850 2000

ive been looking for 850s for a while now and i havent been able to find any t5's or r's with a manual tranny. i know they made them in canada but not in the us and i was wondering how i would go about getting one here but if not what the stats are on buying one out of country..(taxes, import fees, etc.)
any inquiries would be greatly appreciated.,
