PCV Valve? & belt tensioner success V70-XC70 1998

Does the 98 V70 T5 have a PCV valve that needs to be serviced and if so, where is it located? I have just done my 60k and the PCV nipple is listed as a 60k service item in the owner's manual. I know the non-turbos have an oil trap that needs to be serviced, but is there an equivalent in the t5?

After trying a bunch of different things and thanks to suggestions in the board archives, I finally got the tension off of the belt tensioner. I went to lowes and found a straight support bracket that was 1 inch wide and about 5 inches long. I cut the bracket down to a 2 inch length and inserted that into the slot in the tensioner. I took a 3mm allen wrench and put it into the small hole at the top of the tensioner and using a large crescent wrench moved the tensioner until the holes lined up. Pushed the allen wrench into the hole when they line-up and that held the tensioner in place.
