Wiper Fluid Leak FIXED 850

Turns out the filler neck wasn't the problem, was a bad Check Valve that leads from the fluid lines up to the nozzles under the black insulation under the hood.

Found how to fix on Bay13.

Went to volvo shop, bot the "T" check valve part for $10.75.

Opened hood, take a quarter (or flat screwdriver) and undo the black plastic clips holding the black insulation to the underside of the hood. Starting near the windshield and going about 1 or 2 back along the side.

The fluid hose comes into a black plastic "T" valve-into the bottom, then out to the left/right side. Replace (making sure not to put in bad one). Worked like a charm.

The guy told me that the valve is there so fluid can only go one way. When it goes bad, fluid goes NO way. Re-attach the insulation and you're good to go.
