I had to tap on my volume knob to get the right speakers to stay on. Went to Radio Shack and bought a can of Tuner Control cleaner and lubricant(about $8.00). Pulled the radio out(even left all the wires attached so I wouldn't need to reset the code). I think there were about 4 screws attaching the top plate to the radio. Removed that plate and identified the bad tuner. Sprayed it a few times and turned the knob to work it in. It got a little better right away but after a few weeks it is almost 100%(occasional crackle). Only took about 15 minutes and less than $10.00.
