Pre-Wired Fog Lights? 850

I bought factory fog lights and while under the car decided to look for the heck of it and see if they were pre-wired. On the drivers side there is a wire hanging down where the fog light would go that has a plug in it. Did I luck out and just need to plug them in and then plug in the switch?

On another note... I looked inside my fenders and my car is pre-wired for side lights. I couldn't be happier and will add them soon!
