95 850 Turbo upshifts at only 5,000 RPM when floored, rev limiter in at only 5500 RPM. 850 1995

My 1995 850 Turbo kicks down fine, shifts fine. It's just that it always upshifts at 5000 RPM when floored. My wife's 94 850 Turbo Wagon goes to 6,000. Also, it seems my rev limiter kicks in at only 5500 RPM. Her's comes in at a little over 6,000. The low shifting condition has persisted through an engine ECU upgrade and I have no error codes.
