Euro side turn signals 850

I just looked on my '96 850 GLE, and I can see that the side turn signals have been prewired - yipee! I'm looking at IPD's website, but the info they give doesn't seem really clear.. is the side turn signal item they have for sale which is $68.00 include the wiring harness (which i dont need)?
Or, does anyone know another source that is selling just the actual side lamps for a bit cheaper? Thx!

Oh and by the way, does anyone know if the GLE suspension is any different from the regular 850 suspension?
