I have spoken to Customer Relations, who denied me any help and referred me to Volvo NA President, who would not respond, so I e-mailed the CEO Bill Ford, the guy in the ads on TV, who told Volvo to respond. They sent a letter about how "wheels" in the owners manual really means tires. I would love to talk to a factory rep. Do you know how I can reach one.
