Volvo is getting TINTED tomorrow! (question on windshield) 850 1995

My white 854 Turbo is going to get blacked out tomorrow. I called a reputable window tint shop and they said they could do all the windows, except only a sunstrip on the windshield with 13% tint all the way around for $175. Is this a reasonable price? How dark is 13%? Also will it look bad with no tint on the winshield except a sunstrip? Should I get the windshield tinted as well?
