Does the car run smoothly after start up? If so, then the problem could be anything from electrical to fuel related. The only place to start would be to check for any fault codes (scan tool). If however, the problem started immediatly after the plugs were replaced, then it is too much of a coincidence and the plugs need to be checked for type and gap. Also make sure all the plug wires are all seated properly at both ends.
