If I pull the stick right after shutdown my dip stick shows no oil in the engine. As a matter of fact I changed my oil today and the same thing happened after shut down. I know theres oil in there cause I put in almost 6 quarts. Let it sit for a few minutes and the oil starts showing on the stick.

Weird... does anyone know why they do this?
