warped wheel? S70

I have a 1998 S70. When I'm driving there is a distinct noise that one might hear if thier wheel is out-of-balance, a warping sound. This occurs on the right front side. Getting the front end aligned and the wheels balanced did not solve the problem. I don't think it's the rotors, as when braking there is no shaking. Could the rim be bent? I heard that the rims on the S70 were susceptible to the bends; although I don't hit major pot holes, etc. Thanks for you time and knowledge. tom.
