Paint/Bodywork S60

My local dealer does not have a Paint/Bodyshop. I was referred to a growing name in the vehicle repair business Caliber Collision.

Yesterday, I went to pick the car up. I found a spec of dust that had been painted into the car. I then found another, and another..around 16 total! Then, I realized that not all the plastic rivets (rear bumper was removed) had been replaced and the bumper was lose! The job was unsatisfactory!

Tomorrow, I will again attempt to pick up the vehicle.

Those of you who might be familiar with paint and body work..what am I to expect? What kind of work does a good paint/body shop do? How picky should I be? The car is less then a year old, I want a factory like look.

Am I asking for too much?
