Not eintirely V70-XC70

I'll re-read that tech-net note again monday as I think it says more than that concerning tire replacement as it's my understanding that Volvo says if one tire is replaced and the others are worn (not new), ALL tires should be replaced ("highly advised", as they can't legally force anyone to buy tires).
I'm not really trying to argue with you here as there's no point in that and your issues trying to pin fault or blame on other people will probably have to become legal if you're to get any finacial assistance. IMO, it'll end up costing you more in legal fees to try resolving that than by just trying to forget about it. I'll also admit that it's a bad situation and one that no one deserves.
