A couple more rattle questions 850 1996

I've got two more rattles that I am wondering if anyone has dealt with:

1) The right center air vent will give off a vibration rattle occasionally. Has anyone dealt with this? How do you get the vents off? I was thinking that maybe I could lube them up with something and maybe it will go away.

2) Somewhere behind either the center air vents or behind the acc controls there is something banging against something else. I was thinking of removing the acc module to see what was behind there, but I have no idea how to remove it. I subscribe to alldata.com and the TSB I read said there was a hidden button on the bottom of the module, which could be accessed once the radio is removed. Find the button, press it and voila the acc module comes out. I tried to do that. No button. Ideas anyone?

Of course I would not be having these problems if the suspension wasn't so *$#@*^ harsh...
