Tire Noise - 17' wheels V70-XC70 2001

I purchased the V70 2.4T with the 17 inch wheel option. The OEM tires were pirelli P6 Sport Veloce. After about 5K miles the tires started making about as much noise as a truck tire and after rotation they never got better. I replaced these tires with Yokohama dB because they were said by Tire Rack to be the quietest tire available in a 17 inch They did the same thing after about 5 K miles and especially after I rotated them. Anybody had a similar experience? The dealer was absolutely zero help. They checked the alignment and said it was in spec. If there is not an error code telling them what to replace they are clueless! Please help with some advice if you can. Thanks!
