Original configuration 850 1994

I just bought a 94 850 turbo wagon that has either been modified or was a very interesting production model
Does any one know where I can get the original configuration when this car was sold new.

The intriguing part is a decal on the left front hood that says "Racing Development" in small letters with a white and blue flag of some sort. Because of the wear on this decal and the fact that it appears to be painted on indicates that it was on the car when it was new. The Volvo emblems on the tailgate are all black and the exhaust pipe is 4" round with a 3" pipe going back toward the muffler. The front rotors are crossdrilled and it has a strut tower brace. I havent been able to inspect the rear suspension so I dont know if there were other modifications. The tires are 205/55/16.

Any help in identifying this car would be most appreciated.
