Do this opend up the fan are.. behind the glove box... look in the back for 2 relay.. unplug the relay and plug it back again... unplug the fan motor connector and plug it back again... try to spind the fan blade by hand.. see if anything stuck it should move freely...


sometimee leaves and dirt locking up the fan blade.. causing it to use more power.... and won't spind......

go to www.volvospeed.com it show you how to get to the fan.. it about 1 hours job not very hard...
