What's the diff between 97 T-5R & 850R 850

Going to look at a 97 850 T-5 Turbo tomorrow with 114k miles on it. Are there any particular areas to be looked at carefully? What's the normal life of the turbo? KBB shows both a 850R and the T-5 Turbo in 1997. What's the difference? I believe the 850R is 230hp? How much is the T-5? Quick advise appreciated. Thanks!
