Help- Turn Signal on Driver's Side Not Working Right 850

The turn signals on my 1995 Volvo 850 are acting up.

The turn signals work properly on the passenger side of the car ( front as well as rear). However, on the driver's side the rear turn signal flashes too rapidly and the front signal does not flash at all.

Inside the car, I can hear the relay clicking too rapidly when the driver's side signal is on. The right turn signal sounds normal(click-click-click).

With the daylight running lights on , the front driver's side light is on- just does not flash when the turn signal goes on.

Already swapped out several bulbs to see if that was an iss. The bulbs are all OK.

Any ideas??

Thanks,

nathan
