Side Impact Air Bags...Do I or Don't I? 850 1985

I have recently purchased a used 95 850. I neglected to ask the prior owner if the car has the side impact bags. I know that they were an available option in 95. There is a label on the lower part of the seat that says SIPS Bag. Does this mean that the side bag option was insatalled? Is there any other way to tell? Thanks.
