Brake shudder 850

This weekend I installed new brake pads on my Volvo. This is the second set on the same rotors, the first set lasted 35K (not bad for the front end). The rotors have wear but still way within acceptable thickness.
All parts are stock, genuine Volvo.

After I changed the pads I stared experiencing brake shudder. 3 times in 2 day - not often, but when it is there it is quite severe. This usually happens when I brake while turning, at 30-40 mph.

What could be a reason for this? Will it go away or get worse? This is not the first brake job I've done on this car, and I never had this before.

TIA,
Yuri
