dirty headliner (how to clean?) 850 1997

my brothers 850 is pretty nice and pretty clean except for his roofliner its getting pretty dirty

for some reason it is one of the very few i've seen to get that dirty

but how do you go about cleaning it? while not causing the glue to lose its stick and have to whole thing come undone and sag

-and while we are on the sagging idea
underneath one of my handle located on the front passenger side (interior) the fabric is comming off slighty but only there

should i take off the trim ans spray some fabric glue in there and fix it or leave it and see if it gets worse?

thanks for any help
